Return of goods
You can return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the Return Form and send it along with the unworn and undamaged goods to the address specified in the form. Also, please send the form electronically to our email: info@littlesaturday.cz.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you by email and refund the money to your chosen account within 7 days. The amount refunded will be for the goods only, excluding postage.
The option to withdraw from the purchase agreement does not apply to personalized products.
Claims
In case of a claim, please fill out the Claim Form and send it electronically to info@littlesaturday.cz. After assessing your claim, we will contact you. If the claim is acknowledged, please send the printed Claim Form along with the properly packaged goods to the address indicated on the form.
A 24month guarantee period applies to all goods. The guarantee does not cover cases where the goods have been damaged by normal wear and tear or improper by unprofessional handling.
We will process your claim within 30 days from the date of receipt of the claimed goods.
