CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

SUMMARIZATION

You give us this consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial messages (marketing offers) and for carrying out other marketing activities towards you. You can withdraw this consent at any time and you will no longer be sent commercial communications. More detailed information on the processing of your personal data can be found below.

2.LEGAL REASON FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to this administrator in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as the "regulation").

 

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send commercial messages and perform other marketing activities by the administrator towards you.

3.2. There is no automatic individual decision-making by the controller in the sense of Article 22 of the Regulation.

 

4. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the administrator is three (3) years from the receipt of your consent, but no longer than until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your personal date for this purpose of processing.

 

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing, in accordance with the instructions of the administrator, marketing services for the administrator and persons ensuring the operation of the administrator's website, including the collection of personal data (processors of personal data).

5.2. The administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.

 

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Under the conditions set out in the regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, as well as the right to the portability of your personal data.

6.2. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data given by the administrator at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by clicking on the hypertext link provided in each commercial communication message sent by the administrator or by writing a message by e-mail to the address of the administrator: info@littlesaturday.cz.

6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract.

6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, if the profiling relates to this direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
